Applicable laws (choice of venue and forum)—Use of this website shall in all respects be governed by the laws of the state of Missouri, U.S., regardless of the laws that might be applicable under principles of conflicts of law. The parties agree that the Missouri courts located in Cape Girardeau county, Missouri, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all controversies arising under this agreement and agree that venue is proper in those courts.

Refund Policy - Unopened items may be returned within 30 days for a refund less shipping & handling costs. Undamaged returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee at our discretion. Custom orders may not be returned. Buyer is responsible for return of product in new and unopened condition at their expense. Defective items may be exchanged for replacement merchandise. Refunds may sometimes be applied at our discretion in circumstances where an amicable solution cannot be reached between our two parties. We reserve the right to refuse service.

Shipping Policy - It is our primary goal to ship orders in the order they are received and as soon as possible, normally within 1-5 days. In the event an item is back-ordered or otherwise delayed significantly customers will be notified.
